Individuals and private companies can make enquires of their records and the status of their funds at PASI. These enquiries can be made directly through PASI main office or regional offices counters or online using PASI website. www.taminat.gov.om or by Email to webmaster@taminat.gov.om

Steps to follow to request the service

Process steps:
  1. Counter enquiry
    • Individual: to make a counter enquiry needs to present:
      • Social Insurance Number (PIN) Card
      • ID card or Passport
    • Private Companies: to make a counter enquiry needs to:
    • Authorized representative must present Authority to Clear Transaction Form and contribution number.
    • ID card or Passport of the authorized representative
  2. Online enquiry:
  • Individuals: Access www.taminat.gov.om and enter Indiveduals Access Account (User name and Password). Ref: Obtaining User Account (Individual)
  • Employees are allowed to have access to reports on their pension status and employee-related particulars.
  • Private Companies: Access www.taminat.gov.om and enter Private Companies Access Account (User name and Password). Ref: Obtaning User Account (Private Companies).
  • Allows companies to make online enquiries about their employee, status and last unpaid bill and detail information on the bill amounts
