Overview

The Notary Public shall authenticate the signatures of those persons concerned on the original customary document whether the persons concerned shall sign before the Notary Public or declare before him the correctness of their signatures on the document.

Steps to follow to request the service

A. Process Steps:
  1. The customary document shall be legibly written and its subject matter is one of the subject matters which the Notary Public Law does not ban the Notary Public from authenticating the signatures of concerned persons thereon.
  2. Appearance of concerned persons before the Notary Public with two wise adult witnesses.
  3. Submit official identity documents.
  4. Submit original doctrinal certificate in case of authentication of a subject related to an inheritance, together with the court approval if there are orphans among the heirs.
  5. Submit translation of the document written in a language other than Arabic.
